Evaluate large-group new business and renewals by analyzing claims, enrollment, demographics, plan design, and utilization. Develops actuarial models and complex data programs, interprets healthcare trends and competitive intelligence, and presents strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborates with healthcare economics, network, client management, consultants, and external partners. Applies AI and large language models to business problems and may lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional workgroups.
