Manage vendor relationships, integrate payroll systems with Workday, drive process improvements and automation, coordinate funding and treasury, handle complex mobility and expatriate payrolls, lead audits, and mentor payroll teams while partnering cross-functionally with HR, Accounting, and Benefits.

Lead preparation and filing of annual financial statements for Indian (and some APAC/EMEA) entities, manage statutory audits, maintain reconciliations and journal entries per local GAAP, ensure tax and company secretarial compliance, research technical accounting issues, liaise with auditors and consultants, and drive process improvements.
