Support the payroll team by collecting and verifying new-hire payroll data, assisting payroll processing and validations, maintaining records for audits, preparing payroll reports, responding to employee payroll inquiries, and supporting statutory compliance and reconciliation tasks across APAC and EMEA.

Lead preparation and filing of annual financial statements for Indian (and some APAC/EMEA) entities, manage statutory audits, maintain reconciliations and journal entries per local GAAP, ensure tax and company secretarial compliance, research technical accounting issues, liaise with auditors and consultants, and drive process improvements.

Support U.S. GAAP month-end and quarter-end close processes, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, assist audits and SOX control procedures, research technical accounting issues, and collaborate with global accounting teams while gaining hands-on exposure to corporate accounting and financial reporting.
