Build and scale Shield AI's corporate treasury: manage global cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, FX risk mitigation, banking relationships, debt covenant compliance, intercompany funding, and treasury controls while partnering with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Tax.

Lead the quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision, prepare and review workpapers, journal entries, and disclosures. Coordinate with auditors and external advisors, support federal and state compliance, and partner with accounting, FP&A, and legal on tax impacts, planning, M&A, and indirect tax matters.

Manage and administer global equity compensation programs (options, RSUs), maintain equity tracking and cap table accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate cross-functional teams, support financial reporting and audits, handle equity transactions and employee inquiries, and improve processes and controls.

Lead and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials and PPM for cost accounting, project billing, revenue recognition, and government contract compliance. Drive process design, reconciliations, UAT, audit readiness (DCAA/FAR/DFARS), Oracle updates, and leverage Oracle Cloud AI/ML to improve automation, analytics, and controls in a regulated aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.

Lead financial planning and analysis for the Hivemind business unit. Build financial models, perform operational finance and data analysis, support government contracting and cost accounting, partner with engineering, operations, and product leaders, apply IFRS/AASB/GAAP, and present actionable financial insights to inform strategy and optimize performance.

Support government contracting cost accounting compliance by ensuring FAR/DFARS/CAS adherence, preparing incurred cost submissions, provisional and forward pricing rate proposals, assisting with DCAA/DCMA audits, reviewing contracts for pricing compliance, maintaining internal controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate compliance risks.

Lead finance, compliance, and statutory reporting for Shield AI India. Own corporate filings, ensure Ind AS compliance, manage month/year-end close, liaise with auditors and regulators, support internal controls and risk mitigation, and coordinate with global finance teams to provide strategic financial insights for India operations.
