Serve as primary operational contact for global clients, resolving investment accounting and reporting inquiries, performing account setup and reconciliations, validating investment data, handling complex queries, managing workflow to meet quality/productivity metrics, and coaching junior staff while collaborating on cross-team projects to improve client experience.
