Lead technical accounting, financial reporting, and accounting operations globally. Own U.S. GAAP research, policy, and audit-ready documentation; manage close, payroll, O2C, reconciliations, and multi-currency consolidation; strengthen controls and SOX readiness; build and coach a high-performing accounting team; drive process standardization, automation, and practical AI adoption; partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, auditors, and executive leadership on complex accounting matters.

Drive process improvements, automation, audits, and cross-functional partnerships while managing and developing the accounting team to support scaling in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Lead accounting and finance operations including US GAAP reporting, audit and tax compliance, cash management, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, ERP/process improvements, and talent development to support strategic financial objectives.

This role supports the Controller in overseeing the Accounting Department, managing budgets, financial forecasting, compliance, auditing, and team management.
