Partners with architects and operations teams, develops standards and runbooks, troubleshoots critical incidents, supports CI/CD and data integration, and mentors technical staff.

Manage IT teams in the design, development, testing, and implementation of applications, ensuring data integrity and project success while overseeing budgets and team performance.

Build and maintain automated data workflows, integrate SharePoint and Army enterprise data, and develop executive dashboards in Power BI and Army Vantage.
