- Decompose complex business and system requirements into well-defined features, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria that are ready for refinement and development.
- Create and maintain current-state and future-state process flows, user flows, system and integration diagrams, data flows, and other visual models to clearly communicate business and technical requirements.
- Actively participate in and help drive backlog refinement and grooming, story mapping, sprint planning, design discussions, standups, and other Agile delivery activities, ensuring work is sufficiently defined and ready for development.
- Proactively drive assigned work from discovery through implementation and post-production support, following up on open questions, decisions, dependencies, and action items and providing timely updates on progress, risks, blockers, and delivery readiness.
- Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly and establish appropriate testing and validation strategies, including test scenarios, cross-system impacts, regression considerations, defect resolution, and production validation.
