Support development and execution of integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels. Implement Oracle Fusion payables, design processes and controls (1099/AUP), hire and lead 1-5 direct reports, monitor volumes and metrics, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely, compliant payments and reconciliations.

Perform month-end close tasks, record and reconcile accounts (receivable, payroll, intercompany, fixed assets), prepare journal entries and invoices, support audits, budgets, financial reporting, and process improvements while mentoring junior staff and ensuring GAAP compliance.

Provide front-line support to agents and branch leaders by troubleshooting office systems, assisting with onboarding and marketing (social media and in-house tools), coordinating events and office operations, maintaining supplies and facilities, and supporting recruitment and recognition activities across the region.
