Provides proactive executive and administrative support to senior Commercial leaders. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, action tracking, domestic and international travel coordination, meeting and event organization, expense processing, executive communications, stakeholder coordination, and support for leadership activities. The role requires discretion, strong organization, independent judgment, excellent communication, and approximately five years of executive or personal assistant experience.

Coordinates sales leads, CRM entries, office administration, executive support, purchase orders, expense reports, correspondence, meetings, and KPI tracking. Provides technology support across multiple LifeLine locations and remote staff, troubleshoots county-owned equipment, assists with software adoption and data collection, and escalates security, governance, and technical issues appropriately.

Provides specialized helpdesk support for enterprise AI tools, troubleshooting access, performance, integrations, and outages. Maintains issue documentation, monitors system readiness, validates configurations, supports AI training and tool rollouts, captures user feedback, and contributes to adoption reporting. The role also helps maintain AI governance, security, data management, and support procedures while recommending improvements to user experience and system effectiveness.

Deliver instructor-led and web-based training on proprietary business systems, develop instructional curriculum and assessments, manage training environments, collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, and travel (up to 60%) to support new customer implementations.

Maintains accounting integrity through general ledger management, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial statement analysis, variance reporting, and transaction review. Supports accounts payable and receivable, compliance monitoring, internal controls, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Serves as backup to the Plant Controller and may assume controller-in-training responsibilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Drives revenue by engaging prospects, nurturing customers, managing sales pipelines, tracking interactions, and converting leads. Conducts outreach through phone, email, and virtual meetings; follows up with leads and existing customers; collaborates on territory strategies; and communicates product value based on industry, product, and competitor knowledge. Success is measured by meeting sales targets, creating positive customer experiences, and generating repeat business.

Oversee physical security projects for data centers and support facilities, including design, installation, specifications, construction documentation, vendor management, budgets, QA/QC, contract execution, acceptance, operational readiness, metrics, and closeout. Manage multiple projects, coordinate technical and non-technical teams, provide customer updates, and serve as the subject-matter expert for physical security design and installation oversight. The role is primarily on-site in the Atlanta area with occasional travel.

Leads CI/CD strategy, pipeline design, automation, deployment standards, and software delivery improvements across multiple applications. Collaborates with development, security, and infrastructure teams, mentors engineers, provides technical direction, and drives continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle. Requires substantial DevOps, cloud, or platform engineering experience and eligibility for a Secret Security Clearance.
