Lead and execute end-to-end ERP data migrations into Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) for acquisitions. Define migration strategy, design and run ETL, data mapping, reconciliation, validation, and cutover. Manage a blended team, ensure data quality and governance, and drive automation and continuous improvement across migration processes.

Lead catastrophe risk analytics: run and validate commercial cat models (RMS/AIR), prepare and assess exposure databases, perform accumulation and loss analyses, mentor junior staff, support ERM and nat-cat centers, and develop analytical solutions for Tokio Marine stakeholders.

Lead development, validation, and operationalization of P&C actuarial models and workflows. Convert actuarial requirements into production-ready code, leverage cloud/AI tools, validate data pipelines, produce client-ready reporting, and liaise between actuarial SMEs and engineering teams while contributing to practice tooling and business development.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Customer master data by verifying entities, overseeing automated data-matching, performing manual reviews, establishing data standards and business rules, monitoring data quality, documenting stewardship decisions, and collaborating with business, IT, and compliance to remediate issues and improve MDM workflows.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations. Collaborate with public health staff to elicit requirements, manage data flows, perform data cleaning, tune performance, support user management, troubleshoot issues, and follow government SDLC and Agile/DevOps practices to deliver accessible, secure BI solutions.

Build and maintain centralized pricing data infrastructure, scalable workflows, and data pipelines; integrate AI capabilities; deliver pricing tools, reporting, and governance to support data-driven pricing and budgeting across the firm.
