Lead end-to-end product ownership for a PaceMate product area: discovery, requirements, design, delivery, and post-launch evaluation. Run user research, define success metrics, collaborate daily with engineering and stakeholders, use AI tools for prototyping and specs, and support go-to-market materials and release documentation.

Provide administrative and clerical support for branch operations: collate/print manifests and labels, resolve GCC PPW escalations, maintain supplies and equipment, train staff on processes and systems, assist with financial close and PO issues, backfill coverage, and support regulatory, revenue, and customer initiatives.

Senior-level security engineer responsible for architecting solutions using Rapid7, QRadar, and Symantec DLP. Review existing technical documents, define requirements, design security architectures, interact with clients, and ensure solutions fit network layouts. AWS/Azure cloud experience is a strong plus.

Implement and design IAM solutions, gather requirements, configure SSO/SAML integrations (customer and internal), troubleshoot authentication issues, document designs, and support adoption of authentication technologies.
