JOIN OUR TEAM

Joining the PaceMate™ Team means becoming a vital part of a group that is dedicated to using technology to benefit patients, caregivers, and hospital administrators while driving healthy turnkey solutions that identify lost revenues and inefficiencies.

We are currently seeking a Product Lead to own a product area end-to-end — from problem discovery through requirements, design, delivery, and post-launch success measurement — with no split between strategy and execution. The role sits at the intersection of patient/customer needs, clinical stakeholders, and engineering, translating ambiguous problems into build-ready requirements, and owning whether releases actually move the metrics they were meant to move.

AI fluency is core to how the work gets done: the Product Lead uses AI tools daily for prototyping, research synthesis, and drafting specs and release materials to compress idea-to-validation cycles from weeks to days.

PaceMate offers those employees working full-time a robust compensation and benefit package to include Health and Prescription coverage, Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, AD&D, Flexible Spending Account, Healthcare Savings Account, 401k Retirement Savings, Discount Program, Employee Assistance Program, Financial Wellness Program, Paid Time Off, Legal Insurance, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, and Accident Coverage.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and post-launch iteration.
  • Design own features through to customer-validated, build-ready designs.
  • Translate customer, clinical, and internal stakeholders input into requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Define success metrics at discovery and evaluate whether releases achieved them post-launch.
  • Run and synthesize user research (interviews, support themes, usage data) into actionable decisions.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering as an embedded partner.
  • Use AI tools to prototype, synthesize research, and draft specs, PRDs, and release materials.
  • Maintain high level understanding of PaceMate products and services.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of current knowledge and the ability to comprehend and apply policies.
  • Follow practices of PaceMate Mission, Vision, and Customer Service standards.
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct and all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Analyze, access, input and retrieve data.
  • Report pertinent information and assist with tasks to support department operations toward achieving organizational goals.
  • Drafting first-pass training call-outs or marketing talking points (supports go-to-market but isn't the primary output).
  • Convert engineering deliverables into release notes and flag training/marketing follow-up.

An individual must be able to perform each Essential Function of the job satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities, who are otherwise qualified, to perform the essential functions. • Demonstrated ability to define and evaluate product success metrics post-launch.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in a remote/virtual setting.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a track record of clear product documentation.
  • Experience in healthcare software, including familiarity with HIPAA and EMR/EHR integration concepts.
