Support and coordinate Offensive Counterintelligence (CI) operations: identify and assess foreign intelligence threats, produce all-source CI analysis, develop CI strategies, conduct SME reviews, staff operational requirements, coordinate with USINDOPACOM components, USG and Five Eyes partners, and present briefings. Requires CI certification, 10+ years offensive CI experience, TS/SCI clearance and potential polygraph/SAP access.
