Lead end-to-end program management for flagship event content, creating scalable operating models, tracking content lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, ensuring quality and alignment to corporate narratives, and delivering executive reporting. Build reusable templates, governance, and AI-enabled efficiencies while managing concurrent programs, third-party event recommendations, and ad hoc special projects for the PSM Launch Office.

Serve as primary client liaison for Event Travel, providing end-to-end travel support, fare and booking management, program coordination from post-sale to billing, troubleshooting using agent tools, maintaining documentation and SLAs, training on travel platforms, and supporting team leads to maximize revenue and client ROI.

Lead global registration strategy and event technology for CrowdStrikes event portfolio. Own platform administration (RainFocus), integrations, automations, reporting, onsite operations, vendor partnerships, and continuous improvement to deliver scalable, data-driven attendee experiences across flagship and regional events.
