Design end-to-end credit experiences across WhatsApp conversations and future native mobile apps, including offers, borrowing flows, disclosures, repayment, and transaction history. The representative verifies information, resolves customer inquiries, supports EDI and portal orders, and collaborates with Sales and internal departments on pricing and service issues. Success requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, mathematical ability, attention to detail, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Own commercial legal work, including drafting and negotiating client, partner, vendor, and intercompany agreements. Advise teams on regulatory, licensing, privacy, AML, sanctions, and other compliance matters related to stablecoin and payments infrastructure. Support corporate governance, equity matters, financing, records, and outside counsel management while building scalable legal processes.
