Own and develop a defined territory of mid-market and enterprise accounts, conducting personalized multi-channel outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads. Prospect industrial businesses through cold calls and site visits, assess dock and door equipment needs, develop technical proposals, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals. The representative builds long-term relationships with facility managers, owners, and contractors while collaborating with service technicians to convert maintenance needs into service contracts and equipment upgrades.

Supports management consulting engagements by designing client deliverables, presentations, visual assets, reports, and meeting graphics. Assists with documenting requirements and processes, researching client industries and design best practices, and applying visual design, information hierarchy, and user experience principles. Collaborates with consulting professionals, manages multiple deadlines, and works within client branding guidelines. Travel may comprise 20%–50% of the schedule.

Manages a book of large and complex commercial insurance accounts, serving as the primary client contact. Oversees renewals, exposure analysis, carrier marketing and negotiations, policy documentation, audits, certificates, endorsements, and client service. Partners with Producers and Account Executives on new business placement strategies, maintains accurate agency records in Applied EPIC, advises clients on coverage, and mentors junior staff. Requires strong Commercial Lines Property & Casualty expertise, an active P&C license, and on-site collaboration.

Performs independent IT and internal audits across technology, cybersecurity, operations, financial controls, and compliance. Identifies organizational risks, evaluates internal controls, designs audit procedures, conducts walkthroughs and testing, reports findings, and tracks remediation. The role also develops continuous auditing and data analytics capabilities, supports investigations, monitors audit trends, and mentors staff auditors while managing stakeholder relationships.
