Lead daily financial processing and matriculation operations for college savings programs. Supervise and develop a team, ensure timely transaction processing and compliance, monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, support audits, and partner cross-functionally to resolve operational issues.

Sell Life, Health, and Annuity products through branch and field activities. Generate leads, prepare proposals, close sales, maintain product knowledge, follow compliance and documentation procedures, collaborate with branch partners, and meet production and persistency targets.

Provide face-to-face financial advice and planning in a Fidelity Investor Center, build and deepen client relationships, recommend investment solutions, grow client assets, maintain required FINRA licenses and state registrations, and deliver exceptional customer service while participating in ongoing training.
