Top-tier firm seeks an associate to advise public companies on securities regulation and corporate governance, including Exchange Act disclosure and filing requirements. Owner/implementer of end-to-end full stack features for data-intensive AI products: design and build scalable Node.js backends, REST APIs, and React+TypeScript frontends; optimize performance; establish testing, observability, and CI/CD; collaborate with product, design, and ML teams; debug and support production systems.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Angular/TypeScript and Node.js, Java/Spring or Python backends. Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS (including GovCloud/C2S), design and manage datastores, and use CI/CD and DevOps tools.
