Analyzes and documents database requirements for ship maintenance systems, manages and optimizes databases, develops metrics, dashboards, reports, and custom queries, and supports data integration, quality, security, and analytics for NAVSEA decision-making.

Perform deep-dive analytics with stakeholders to identify cost-of-care opportunities, develop enterprise-level metrics and reporting, extract and manipulate data using SQL, and build impactful Tableau visualizations. Optimize dashboards, provide strategic direction, mentor metrics associates, and translate findings into process improvements and actionable recommendations.

Performs IT product and process quality activities for customer communications, including creating and modifying letters, processing daily letter files, auditing, compliance reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and workflow improvement. Develops advanced SQL queries for reports and audits, uses Excel and Power BI for analysis, coordinates with legal, compliance, product management, and IT teams, documents procedures, and supports business requirements and training.

Analyze multiple data sources, translate complex findings into actionable business insights, and communicate recommendations to cross-functional teams.
