Own governance, operating rhythm, KPI standardization, cross-functional coordination, risk and control, and reporting. Deliver dashboards and leadership-ready insights to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic priorities and execution across global teams.

Lead origination, structuring, execution and post-close management of credit and fund financing transactions focused on infrastructure, sports & media, and asset-backed finance. Support preparation and filing of quarterly, annual, and current SEC reports.
