Improves pricing governance, reporting, controls, and analytical processes while leading finance talent and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance management, and operational governance for the Channel Sales organization. Oversees channel incentive programs, rebates, MDF, SPIFFs, partner investments, accruals, controls, and ROI analysis. Partners with Sales leadership to improve pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, profitability, and process automation. Builds executive dashboards, develops predictive insights, leads operational cadence, and manages a high-performing Finance and Operations team.
