Partner with Enterprise GTM and cross-functional teams to own segment forecasting, revenue and expense modeling, headcount planning, cash flow scenarios, and executive reporting. Drive forecasting rigor, data integrity in Adaptive and Excel models, and provide actionable financial insights to improve planning accuracy and support strategic decisions.

Process high-volume invoices across entities ensuring purchasing policy compliance; resolve PO discrepancies with Procurement; manage vendor relationships, payment cycles, and reconciliations; respond to payment inquiries; prepare audit requests and support accounting projects.

Process and validate bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payroll for ~2,000 multi-state and international employees; reconcile payroll, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain records, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and partner with HR, Benefits, and Finance to resolve issues.
