Owns Ursa Major’s SEC reporting function, leading preparation and filing of 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and related disclosures. The role manages MD&A, footnotes, XBRL tagging, U.S. GAAP and SEC compliance, technical accounting matters, internal reporting controls, process improvement, and disclosure systems. It collaborates with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, auditors, and executive leadership while supporting board and audit committee reporting.

Manage daily transaction posting and maintain general ledger integrity through reconciliations, journal entries, month/year-end close, amortization/accrual schedules, bank reconciliations, internal controls, PBC preparation, cost accounting support, and cross-functional process improvements.
