The role requires extensive private equity infrastructure experience, a strong investment track record, and collaboration across legal, risk, accounting, and operations teams.

Leads North American property and casualty reserving for a $20 billion reserve base. Responsibilities include independent reserve assessments, quarterly analysis, governance, regulatory compliance, trend identification, data quality, methodology improvement, and collaboration with underwriting, pricing, claims, and finance. Manages and develops a large actuarial team, communicates complex findings to senior leadership, provides strategic business insights, and strengthens reserving capabilities and succession planning.

Develop and enhance a best-in-class private markets portfolio management platform. Provide real-time analysis and actionable insights, build and validate factor-based investment models in Python, partner with Product/Data/Technology to produce tools and automate workflows, manage multiple projects, and communicate findings to support private equity, real estate, private credit, and infrastructure investments.

Underwrite Primary Cyber and Tech E&O risks for SME, middle-market, and select large accounts placed through retail brokers. Develop and maintain quantitative models and analytics to support asset allocation and portfolio construction across public and private assets. Perform scenario analysis, stress testing, and private markets integration (cashflow, commitment pacing, NAV forecasting). Source and pipeline private markets data, partner with investment teams, and contribute to cross-team research informing long-term and tactical allocation decisions.

Lead private credit operating model and process design across the loan lifecycle.
