Manage and execute India indirect tax matters (GST, Customs, EOU), including compliance, returns, reconciliations, audits, litigation support, customs/FTP compliance, tax accounting, stakeholder advisory, and process improvements while partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external advisors.

Process payroll for assigned business units ensuring compliance with laws and regulations; resolve payroll discrepancies; support employee payroll inquiries; maintain payroll records and reports; participate in audits; contribute to projects and process improvements; collaborate cross-functionally and mentor colleagues on payroll tasks.

Lead and manage payroll operations ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing. Oversee controls, audits, reporting, process improvements, team development, stakeholder coordination, and use of payroll systems (including SAP Payroll).

Manage end-to-end direct tax compliance, TDS, filings, assessments, litigation support, and transfer pricing/APA execution for India. Coordinate with Big 4, legal counsel, global tax teams, and internal stakeholders; represent the company before tax authorities; support tax accounting, audits, controls, and documentation.
