Support Marketplace Finance & Strategy through financial close, forecasting, annual and quarterly planning, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and executive and board reporting. Own Marketplace GMV, revenue, and OpEx inputs; assemble operational metrics; review consolidated forecasts; build planning templates and reporting materials; and identify performance variances and process improvements. Partner with operating teams and senior leaders across multiple marketplace businesses.

Manage Marketplace finance planning and reporting, including annual operating plans, long-range plans, forecasting, expense and headcount budgeting, business-unit allocations, and planning systems. Partner with business leaders on financial performance, scenario analysis, and strategic decisions. Prepare quarterly forecasts, executive reporting, and board materials while improving processes, data quality, and financial transparency across multiple Marketplace business units.

Manage financial planning and analysis functions, support strategic decision-making, collaborate with business leaders, and drive company performance through budget management and financial insights.

Lead international FP&A and strategy for expanding businesses: develop market-entry analyses and financial models, own international planning/forecasting/reporting, partner with business leaders to drive performance, and manage and coach a small finance team (2–3 direct reports).

Own quarterly cost allocation, forecasting, planning, headcount reporting, and cash flow support. Coordinate Adaptive planning cycles, maintain data loads and pacing models, reconcile headcount plans and actuals, prepare management and board reporting, document allocation methodologies, and identify process improvements. Partner with Corporate Finance, HR, HRIS, and cross-functional leaders to explain variances, ensure data integrity, and support financial systems and reporting activities.

Lead financial planning and strategy for manufacturing operations, partner with operations to improve margins and working capital, forecast and report operations performance, provide financial leadership on initiatives and capital decisions, manage and develop the finance team, and improve FP&A processes.

Lead global tax and treasury functions, overseeing tax compliance, strategic planning, cash management, and team development. Advise on M&A transactions and manage international tax issues.

Lead end-to-end accounting for the German subsidiary: monthly/quarterly/annual close, HGB statutory reporting, tax and VAT execution, audits, internal controls, NetSuite localization, intercompany and multi-currency consolidation, and build a lean local accounting team while partnering with Corporate functions.

Support monthly and quarterly close, own forecasting coordination and cash flow inputs, produce OPEX and operational reporting, maintain headcount and HRIS data, assist with board materials, and support systems and cross-functional reporting for Corporate Finance & Strategy.

The Staff Accountant will handle monthly journal entries, payment processing, expense reimbursements, cash management, internal audit support, and liaising with clients regarding invoices and payments, all while supporting the Finance Director at PSA Japan.
