Advises executive leadership and cross-functional teams on OECD Pillar Two, transfer pricing, emerging payment technologies, and multinational tax regulations. Oversees compliance governance, external advisors, tax technology optimization, and a high-performing international tax team.

Supports Mastercard’s ESG controllership and reporting function by coordinating sustainability reporting workstreams, regulatory implementation, ESG metrics, Workiva workflows, disclosure preparation, documentation, and assurance readiness. The role evaluates reporting methodologies, supports climate and GHG reporting, monitors emerging regulations, coordinates stakeholders, maintains reporting materials, identifies process improvements, and contributes to ESG data governance and internal controls aligned with requirements such as CSRD, ISSB, EU Taxonomy, and California climate disclosures.

Leads SEC reporting and financial statement preparation, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, proxy statements, and related disclosures. Ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC requirements, and internal accounting policies; oversees controls, audit committee materials, disclosure committees, and external auditors. Partners with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Sustainability teams, supports new accounting standards, improves reporting through automation, and mentors SEC Reporting staff.

Manage technology risk and operational resilience for Mastercard’s international real-time payments services in APAC. Assess first-line controls, identify deficiencies, maintain risk documentation, coordinate audits, monitor metrics, brief management, and oversee third-party risk governance. Develop business continuity plans, conduct resilience testing, support incident response, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen risk awareness through training and communications. Collaborate with technology, business operations, risk, control owners, customers, vendors, and regulators.

Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, Finance, and business teams across U.S. and international jurisdictions. Prepare regulator communications, board and management reporting, compliance metrics, risk assessments, and evidence supporting examinations and licensing obligations.

Supports Mastercard’s ESG controllership and reporting priorities, including sustainability regulations, ESG metrics, climate and GHG reporting, disclosures, assurance readiness, and Workiva-enabled data collection. Coordinates cross-functional inputs, evaluates methodologies and documentation, tracks regulatory developments, supports internal controls and data governance, and identifies process improvements. The role partners with Controllership, Sustainability, Legal, Risk, regional finance teams, and external assurance providers to deliver accurate, compliant, and assurance-ready ESG reporting.

Lead global customer risk management strategy and enablement, including roadmap development, risk mitigation initiatives, credit risk assessment, customer solutioning, negotiations, and cross-functional project delivery. Partner with regional leaders, account managers, customers, and senior stakeholders to operationalize scalable risk programs across Mastercard’s regions, products, and customer base.

Supports product strategy, pricing initiatives, revenue planning, and lifecycle management through quantitative analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Analyzes market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and large datasets to identify growth opportunities and optimize pricing. Prepares leadership recommendations and collaborates with Product, Finance, Account Management, Operations, Legal, and regional teams in a global payments environment.
