Monitor investment guideline compliance across funds and client portfolios, investigate and resolve pre- and post-trade exceptions, perform manual testing and controls, escalate coding issues, troubleshoot system and data problems, and support process improvements. Prepare and maintain portfolio and fund performance reports, analyze investment- and portfolio-level performance and risk metrics, respond to investor data requests, and ensure reporting accuracy. Coordinate with valuation, fund accounting, investor relations, compliance and operations; support operational due diligence and new product servicing. Focus on PFS Private Equity and Secondaries platforms.

Support monthly/quarterly close and NAV calculation for private credit funds. Reconcile books with administrators, prepare partners' capital statements, capital calls/distributions, review expenses, produce GAAP/IFRS financials, ensure regulatory compliance, and respond to ad hoc investor and internal requests.

Lead sourcing, evaluation, and management of private credit investments. Conduct due diligence, structure bespoke lending solutions, monitor portfolio performance, and support analytics and reporting for liquid credit portfolios. Role is New York–based with hybrid in-office requirements and is eligible for discretionary bonus and standard benefits.

Supports APAC infrastructure credit investments through financial modeling, cash flow and capital structure analysis, due diligence, deal assessment and execution, investment committee materials, market research, portfolio monitoring, presentations, and fundraising support. The role covers investment-grade and non-investment-grade transactions across energy, transportation, digital, and water and waste infrastructure sectors in developed and emerging Asia-Pacific markets.
