Drive platform scalability, process optimization, automation, data governance, reporting improvements, product launches, and team development while managing senior stakeholder and investor relationships.

Oversee investment performance and attribution reporting across global fund groups and asset classes. Investigate complex client inquiries using Aladdin, resolve reporting residuals, improve data flows, and support platform migrations and cross-regional transitions. Lead automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives; partner globally to deliver consistent client experiences; and mentor junior colleagues. The role requires strong performance analytics expertise, financial instrument knowledge, programming skills, and excellent communication.

Provides independent risk oversight for BlackRock’s US active fixed income investment platform. Responsibilities include portfolio risk analysis, performance attribution, risk model evaluation, portfolio manager risk meetings, quantitative analytics, constructive challenge of investment decisions, and collaboration with Aladdin risk modeling and technology teams to improve analytics and reporting. The role also contributes to strategic risk-management projects and mentors junior team members.

Manage Australian and New Zealand corporate and fund tax matters, including tax provisions, corporate and fund tax returns, GST returns, distributions, reconciliations, audits, and tax authority queries. The role also supports internal controls, process improvements, stakeholder coordination, and automation initiatives across BlackRock’s global tax operations.

Develop and deploy quantitative portfolio risk models and analytics, including factor models, VaR, volatility, covariance, stress testing, and scenario analysis. Lead model governance workstreams, enhance model testing frameworks, build research platforms, support model backtesting and validation, and collaborate with researchers, engineers, stakeholders, and clients. Present model methodologies and analytics while ensuring scalable implementation and adherence to governance standards.

Support settlement and loan operations across private credit, real assets, project finance, structured credit, and syndicated loans. Interpret transaction documentation, oversee settlement, maintain IBOR accuracy, resolve cash and position exceptions, manage risk, and collaborate with clients, counterparties, agents, borrowers, and internal teams. The role also contributes to automation, control enhancements, operational efficiency, and scalable processes supporting alternative investments.
