Provide financial forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to support Operations leadership. Build and maintain models, improve dashboards and automation, partner with Operations on inventory, costing, and performance initiatives, and deliver actionable financial insights.

Partner with lab operations and BU finance to manage forecasting (HC, expense, capex), perform monthly/quarterly close (journal entries, accruals), conduct variance analysis, communicate allocation charges, support capital project analysis, and maintain project accounting, budgeting and capital planning controls.

Lead financial forecasting, ensure data accuracy, manage stakeholder relationships with Operations and FP&A, drive cross-functional finance projects, authorize subgroup transactions, build executive financial models, and lead process integration for local/regional finance initiatives.
