Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis, commentary, and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Build financial models for planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Support close, flash, and commit activities with accuracy and minimal oversight
- Partner with finance, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders on spending, cost, and business performance topics
- Lead or support manufacturing finance analysis, including inventory, standard cost, absorption, capex, and productivity reviews
- Drive process improvement, system enhancement, and automation initiatives, including assessment of AI opportunities and business impact
