Lead and develop North America AP and AR shared services teams. Oversee invoice processing, payments, GR/IR reconciliations, intercompany processes, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. Ensure SOX and accounting compliance, drive automation and process improvements, manage supplier and customer relationships, and lead internal/external audits.

Provide 24x7 SAP FICO and VIM (vendor invoice management) support and improvements: analyze requirements, design and configure SAP solutions, assist VIM and e-invoicing implementations and testing, support month-end closing, train users, troubleshoot escalations, coordinate consultants, document processes, and manage project delivery and time tracking.

Provide manufacturing-focused accounting and financial analysis: maintain accurate records, reconciliations, tooling and fixed-asset schedules; prepare journal entries and variance analyses; update program proforma income statements; manage program-related POs and cash disbursements; support AR/AP, engineering, and controllers; assist with audits and month-end close tasks.

Support day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, expense reports, and capital. Assist on special projects: supplier statement reconciliation, sales and use tax, and capital asset inventory. Work with systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Concur, and Microsoft tools; opportunity to build Excel skills.

Lead FP&A activities for automotive Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting: strategic planning, financial modeling, budgeting/forecasting, reporting, consolidation, team leadership, and industry-specific analysis supporting operations and M&A.

Provide 24x7 support and implementation for SAP FICO and VIM (vendor invoice management) and e-invoicing. Analyze business requirements, design and configure SAP solutions, assist VIM testing/upgrades and roll-outs, train users, troubleshoot VIM issues, support month-end closing, manage projects and documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.

Support accounting team by booking incoming/outgoing invoices, monitoring receivables and dunning, reconciling accounts, assisting month/year-end closings, and performing general financial administrative tasks.

Support financial planning, execution, and governance for IT projects. Manage forecasts, cost/time tracking, billing governance, accruals, PR/PO lifecycle, reconciliations, and project closeouts. Partner with IT project managers and global teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement of project financial processes.

Lead and manage the shared-service accounting team across multiple German sites. Standardize and optimize accounting processes, oversee AP/AR and general ledger, prepare HGB and US-GAAP financial statements, ensure internal controls, drive digitalization and continuous improvement, manage budgets, and handle HR responsibilities for assigned staff.

Process full-cycle Canada and US payrolls (weekly/biweekly) for hourly and salaried employees, handle garnishments, remittances, year-end T4/W2, payroll journal entries, reporting, reconciliations, maintain run books, support employee inquiries, and participate in payroll system implementations and testing.
