Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and investment studies. Perform advanced financial and business analyses for capital proposals, report findings, and support planning, reporting, and analytical needs across the finance function.

Perform cost accounting for automotive manufacturing: maintain standard costs, control inventories and BOMs, analyze cost information, manage ERP systems (BPCS/SAP), prepare CMF and external audit schedules, and support costs-related reporting in English and Spanish.

Provide global SAP FICO analysis, configuration, implementation and 24x7 support. Lead workshops, identify solutions, manage FICO improvement projects, support month-end closings, train users, coordinate consultants, document time/billing, and ensure SLA/project delivery.

Support preparation and review of global financial results, forecasts, and annual business plans. Prepare monthly close, financial presentations, capital spending analysis, SOX coordination, auditor information, divisional variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership.

Lead and develop North America AP and AR shared services teams. Oversee invoice processing, payments, GR/IR reconciliations, intercompany processes, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. Ensure SOX and accounting compliance, drive automation and process improvements, manage supplier and customer relationships, and lead internal/external audits.
