Manage accounts receivable from invoicing through collections, reconcile payments and general ledger, track capital and tooling, resolve customer disputes, collaborate with Sales/Customer Service/Finance, assist month‑/year‑end close and audits, and maintain accurate financial records.

Support day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, expense reports, and capital. Assist on special projects: supplier statement reconciliation, sales and use tax, and capital asset inventory. Work with systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Concur, and Microsoft tools; opportunity to build Excel skills.

Provide manufacturing-focused accounting and financial analysis: maintain accurate records, reconciliations, tooling and fixed-asset schedules; prepare journal entries and variance analyses; update program proforma income statements; manage program-related POs and cash disbursements; support AR/AP, engineering, and controllers; assist with audits and month-end close tasks.

Support daily finance operations including verifying invoices (fapiao) and expense reports, preparing payment summaries, certifying VAT input invoices, managing fixed asset cards and labeling, handling bank payments and petty cash, confirming and declaring foreign currency income, binding original vouchers, preparing vouchers and finance reports as needed, and reconciling bank balances at month end (including cash pool).

Lead month-end close, reconciliations and tax filings; ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls; drive process improvements and automation; prepare audit-ready documentation; coordinate with HR, Finance (including Canada Finance) and other departments; deliver timely financial reporting. Fluency in English required.

Lead FP&A activities for automotive Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting: strategic planning, financial modeling, budgeting/forecasting, reporting, consolidation, team leadership, and industry-specific analysis supporting operations and M&A.

Lead and develop North America AP and AR shared services teams. Oversee invoice processing, payments, GR/IR reconciliations, intercompany processes, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. Ensure SOX and accounting compliance, drive automation and process improvements, manage supplier and customer relationships, and lead internal/external audits.

Provide 24x7 SAP FICO and VIM (vendor invoice management) support and improvements: analyze requirements, design and configure SAP solutions, assist VIM and e-invoicing implementations and testing, support month-end closing, train users, troubleshoot escalations, coordinate consultants, document processes, and manage project delivery and time tracking.

Provide 24x7 support and implementation for SAP FICO and VIM (vendor invoice management) and e-invoicing. Analyze business requirements, design and configure SAP solutions, assist VIM testing/upgrades and roll-outs, train users, troubleshoot VIM issues, support month-end closing, manage projects and documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.

Support accounting team by booking incoming/outgoing invoices, monitoring receivables and dunning, reconciling accounts, assisting month/year-end closings, and performing general financial administrative tasks.
