Entry-level Accounts Payable role in a global Shared Service Centre. Receive training in SAP and invoice processing, validate and match invoices, manage vendor accounts, support month-end closing, reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder communication while ensuring compliance and participating in process improvements.

Support global AR operations in SAP S/4HANA: process invoices, monitor payments, reconcile accounts, support period closings, ensure tax/compliance, standardize AR procedures, and collaborate with internal teams.

Entry-level Accounts Receivable role in an international Shared Service Centre. Receive structured training in invoice processing, SAP, reconciliations, month-end close, KPI reporting, stakeholder communication, and process improvements. Progress to independently managing customer accounts and resolving discrepancies.

Support IT finance and controlling activities including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, and CAPEX tracking. Provide analysis, management reporting, business cases, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls while partnering with IT operational teams.

Lead and perform financial, compliance, and internal control audits across operations. Plan audits, analyze data using analytics tools, document findings in an Internal Audit Management system, report recommendations, and follow up on remediation. Identify control gaps and support process improvements in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Perform IT and internal audit activities assessing IT general controls, data security/privacy compliance, ERP and database environments, and business process risks. Facilitate audit processes, manage projects, analyze findings, maintain confidentiality, and communicate in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
