Lead and perform financial, compliance, and internal control audits across operations. Plan audits, analyze data using analytics tools, document findings in an Internal Audit Management system, report recommendations, and follow up on remediation. Identify control gaps and support process improvements in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Prepare international tax returns (Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 8990-8993, 1042, 1120F), gather and validate global tax data, assist with E&P, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits, forecasting, audit responses, and process improvements. Collaborate on quarterly and annual provision workpapers and documentation, perform preliminary international tax research, and help streamline tax data and reporting.

Prepare and update tax working papers, request accounting data, record and reconcile tax movements in SAP, compile audit documentation, prepare tax calculations (IVA, DIOT, withholdings), monitor deadlines, report inconsistencies or risks, and support management system activities under supervision.

Lead group-level financial controllership for multi-entity automotive manufacturing: month-end close, budgeting/forecasting, cost accounting, inventory/WIP controls, commercial finance for RFQs/quoting, pricing governance, and modernize reporting via Power BI and AI-enabled analytics while partnering cross-functionally to improve margins and launch performance.

Lead plant accounting for a seating facility: prepare monthly/annual financial results, forecasts, and business plans; optimize cash flow; conduct internal audits; ensure GAAP and SOX 404 compliance; manage accounting staff and controls; participate in APQP/PDP; support safety, quality, and reporting requirements.

Support group financial controlling: prepare multi-year plans and quarterly forecasts, monthly close reporting, variance analysis by cost center/project, cost allocations, monthly control procedures, master data maintenance, and statutory/special reports.

Support global finance team in business planning, forecasting, consolidation, and financial reporting. Maintain OneStream entries, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, perform balance sheet reviews, standardize templates, train divisional staff, and participate in budget and forecast reviews.
