Lead group-level financial controllership for multi-entity automotive manufacturing: month-end close, budgeting/forecasting, cost accounting, inventory/WIP controls, commercial finance for RFQs/quoting, pricing governance, and modernize reporting via Power BI and AI-enabled analytics while partnering cross-functionally to improve margins and launch performance.

Provide 24x7 SAP FICO and VIM support for end-to-end vendor invoice processing and e-invoicing. Analyze requirements, design and implement SAP solutions, run testing and rollouts, train users, troubleshoot VIM issues, coordinate consultants, manage projects and documentation, and support month-end closing and new SAP implementations.

Manage and maintain manufacturing financial controls, reporting, cash flow, AR/AP, audits, and business planning. Support continuous improvement, ISO/IATF compliance, lead finance processes, and collaborate with operations and IT.

Provide day-to-day SAP FICO support and implement improvements: analyze requirements, design/configure SAP solutions, manage full-cycle FICO projects and migrations, assist global e-invoicing rollouts, train users, coordinate consultants, maintain documentation, and ensure billing and time tracking to Magna Global IT standards.

Support group-level controlling and consolidation for monthly, quarterly, and annual results. Drive automation and digital finance transformation (dashboards, RPA, Python, Power BI), support budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance with group accounting policies, analyze variances and KPIs, and act as a technical business partner to divisional controlling teams.

Lead SAP FICO functional analysis, configuration, implementation and 24x7 support for finance processes. Deliver end-user support, run full cycle projects, coordinate consultants, manage migrations (G/L, fixed assets, inventory), assist e-invoicing rollout, train users, and ensure project documentation, billing, and SLA fulfillment.

Lead management reporting and financial analysis using Power BI. Validate and challenge business quote inputs, perform cost calculations, provide actionable insights to improve profitability, partner with engineering and program management on KPIs, and prepare monthly reporting and leadership presentations.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct economic and investment studies, forecast trends, and produce reports to inform management. Support planning, reporting, and analytical tasks across finance functions; assist with fixed capital and special financial analyses.

Manage accounts receivable from invoicing through collections, reconcile payments and general ledger, track capital and tooling, resolve customer disputes, collaborate with Sales/Customer Service/Finance, assist month‑/year‑end close and audits, and maintain accurate financial records.

Support day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, expense reports, and capital. Assist on special projects: supplier statement reconciliation, sales and use tax, and capital asset inventory. Work with systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Concur, and Microsoft tools; opportunity to build Excel skills.
