Analyze and improve vehicle material costs across the product lifecycle. Lead cost workshops, identify cost-efficiency opportunities, conduct what-if cost studies, and partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Cost Estimating teams. Present material cost status and recommendations at key vehicle program forums while supporting cost culture and strategic decision-making.

Develops budgets and business plans, supports financial close, forecasting, variance analysis, reserve calculations, and financial reporting. Partners with operations and management on cost and revenue management, business cases, internal controls, and strategic initiatives. Requires strong finance and accounting knowledge, analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and international communication capabilities.

Manage credit limits, financial exposure, payment terms, and credit reviews for distributors across European markets. Act as a liaison between Ford, financial institutions, and distributors; identify financial risks; support sales opportunities and financing changes; provide management reporting; and improve processes, systems, dealer standards, compliance, and training.

Lead month-end financial close, account reconciliations, and reserve valuation for FCSD and Ford Protect across SSA/NAF. Partner with operations to resolve PTP and inventory issues, perform forecasts, transfer price and loss ratio analyses, support audits and controls (MCRP, KFS), and identify automation opportunities to improve Procure-to-Pay and reporting accuracy.

Own and implement residual value strategy and forecasts for vehicle loans, validate model outputs and remarketing performance, analyze used vehicle trends, quantify financial and risk impacts, lead and mentor analysts, support governance and reporting, and partner with Remarketing, Risk, and Analytics teams to standardize and automate RV risk reporting.

Manage UK corporation tax compliance and technical advisory, including tax computations, returns, tax accounting (US GAAP/UK), R&D claims, transfer pricing support, HMRC liaison, stakeholder collaboration, and tax function digital transformation and process improvements.
