Support monthly reserving and quarterly medical expense forecasting for Home & Community populations. Analyze utilization and cost drivers, perform actuarial modeling and quantitative analyses, develop reserving/forecasting methodologies, and help interpret trends to inform leadership decisions and special cross-functional projects.

Manage and process loan transactions (funding, payments, draws, disbursements) in the Loan Accounting System, reconcile accounts and DDAs, review funding documentation, collaborate with Closing and other teams, ensure compliance and audit readiness, assist senior staff, and recommend process improvements.

The Associate Director manages pharmaceutical manufacturer relationships to negotiate rebate discounts, leads cross-functional teams, and ensures compliance with corporate policies.

Perform financial forecasting, trend analysis, and monthly close analysis for membership, revenue, and medical costs. Present reporting and recommendations to leadership, support budgeting and financial planning, evaluate investments and cost-savings, partner with business leaders, and drive process improvements using technology.

Serve as the finance leader for the Ambulatory Infusion Center line of business, building foundational reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics. Own month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Partner with business and executive leaders to evaluate growth, support M&A diligence, identify performance issues, and drive profitable scale across regions and sites.

Own end-to-end accounting for Benefits Hub vendors; maintain and reconcile general ledger, prepare journal entries, support month/quarter close, perform revenue/expense reconciliations, prepare audit documentation, analyze financial statements, produce ad hoc reports, partner with cross-functional teams, and identify process improvements.
