Serve as the financial and strategic partner to Hard Goods leadership by building financial models, analyzing large data sets, developing forecasts, guiding pricing/promotion/assortment decisions, partnering cross-functionally, and managing multiple projects to drive profitable growth.

Processes and validates vendor invoices, credit memos, approvals, and three-way matches. Resolves discrepancies, payment inquiries, and vendor issues while maintaining reconciliations, KPIs, reporting, compliance documentation, and audit readiness. Supports month-end close and process-improvement initiatives involving automation, efficiency, and cost savings. Partners with Finance, Merchandising, Supply Planning, Rebates, vendors, and internal stakeholders in a high-volume environment.

Administer and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (Workforce, Capital, Financials, Strategic Modeling). Manage Dev/Test/Prod environments, migrations, deployments, and updates. Configure metadata, hierarchies, security, forms, business rules and calculation scripts. Build and maintain integrations (Data Integration, REST APIs, EPM Integration Agent, flat files). Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, automate processes, and partner with Finance/FP&A/Accounting/IT to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, testing, documentation, and end-user training.

The Senior Financial Analyst will perform financial planning, analysis, and modeling to support strategic decisions, oversee monthly close processes, and collaborate with various teams to enhance financial performance.

The Senior Accountant will analyze financial statements, prepare ledger entries, support new processes, mentor junior staff, and liaise with auditors.

Partner with Private Brands leadership to provide financial strategy and analysis. Build financial models, analyze large datasets, create executive-ready recommendations, manage forecasts, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitable growth.

Lead FP&A activities for Chewy Consumables: build financial models, perform forecasting and variance analysis, define KPIs, partner cross-functionally, support planning cycles, and drive process improvements to inform leadership decisions.

Lead month, quarter, and year-end close for assigned business units; review journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses; ensure US GAAP, SOX compliance; support integrations, audits, and cross-functional accounting; implement process improvements; and manage and develop a team of senior accountants.

Manage preparation of external SEC financial statements (10-K, 10-Q), lead disclosures and footnotes, perform technical accounting research, support earnings materials and audits, improve reporting controls, and mentor junior staff.
