The Head of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at Rokt will lead the financial reporting function and systems to serve internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with technical accounting standards, and oversee equity plans. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, coordinating with external auditors, supporting S-1 preparation, owning technical accounting positions, and managing equity awards. This role involves close collaboration with various teams and executive management.

Manage all aspects of tax compliance and tax accounting for the company. Build and lead the tax department, oversee tax provision, filings, operational tax strategies, and tax reporting. Coordinate with 3rd party tax providers, handle tax audits, and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
