Own and transform MassMutual’s investment FP&A forecasting operating model across planning, production, governance, and continuous improvement. Lead the business side of Anaplan reimplementation and other platform transformations, translating business needs into requirements, future-state workflows, and UAT. Establish scalable processes, data governance, controls, and clear ownership while partnering with Finance, Investment Management, data, and systems leaders. Develop repeatable workflows and organizational capability that enable reliable forecasting and executive-ready insight.

Underwrite complex individual disability insurance cases end-to-end, making sound risk decisions within significant approval authority. Serve as an underwriting subject-matter expert, advise agents and brokers, communicate decisions, maintain stakeholder relationships, improve processes, and mentor less experienced underwriters. Support competitive placement while maintaining profitability and morbidity expectations.

The Treasury Analyst supports cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments, banking relationships, treasury systems, and financial analytics. Responsibilities include managing Kyriba data and workflows, creating dashboards and reporting, analyzing variances and scenarios, supporting bank accounts and payment solutions, assessing operational and financial risks, maintaining controls, preparing compliance documentation, and improving automation and reconciliation processes. The role also contributes to cross-functional treasury initiatives, responsible AI use, testing, implementation, and change management.

Collects and resolves delinquent consumer loans, credit cards, mortgages, overdrafts, and negative balances. Responsibilities include skip tracing, repossession recommendations, collateral liquidation, payment arrangements, loan modifications, legal and agency referrals, delinquency reporting, policy updates, and regulatory compliance with BSA and applicable consumer finance laws.

Perform life insurance valuation modeling in AXIS across statutory, tax, and GAAP frameworks. Execute cash flow testing, product implementations, assumption changes, and model updates; deliver financial results; strengthen model controls and versioning; collaborate with technology partners and auditors; and ensure regulatory and model governance compliance. The role requires actuarial expertise, AXIS experience, knowledge of life insurance products and regulations, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Build, maintain, convert, and enhance Python-based actuarial models supporting participating whole life products and dividend management. Translate business requirements into documented, sustainable solutions; collaborate with actuarial experts on validation, testing, governance, and production readiness. The role will expand into assumption development, regulatory testing, and dividend liability analysis while helping modernize the organization’s modeling platform and practices.

Evaluate formal and informal life insurance applications by assessing medical, occupational, and financial risks. Determine acceptance, modification, or decline decisions; deliver best-first offers; explain decisions to customers and advisors; resolve rate and risk questions; support distribution partners; improve underwriting processes; and mentor emerging talent while maintaining mortality expectations.
