Lead ARR integrity and recognition policy for SaaS and services. Partner cross-functionally to design and enforce ARR/QtC processes, assist revenue close and audits, apply ASC 606 to complex contracts, investigate data discrepancies across CRM/billing/data pipelines, and drive automation and reporting improvements.

The Director of Technical & Operational Revenue leads a team to manage revenue processes, ensure compliance with ASC 606, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue recognition and financial operations.

Lead global month-end and quarter-end close across multiple entities; manage GL operations (cash, intercompany, software capitalization, leases), SOX controls, audits, and process automation. Manage end-to-end payroll operations: verify attendance, process new hires/leavers, resolve payroll/tax queries, support bank account setup, ensure local compliance, analyze payroll data, and automate payroll processes.

Lead collections for Mexico accounts, driving resolution of past-due balances, disputes, and broken payments. Build action plans, monitor aging and cash trends, coordinate with CSM, Sales, Billing, Product, and Finance to resolve operational blockers, enforce payment plans or cancellations, and maintain clear documentation and escalation discipline.

Lead collections for complex, high-risk accounts, resolve escalations, optimize dunning workflows, and drive process improvements. Mentor team members, support cross-functional projects (ERP, Salesforce, Zuora), deliver cash forecasting, maintain collections data integrity, and contribute to month-end close and operational stability.

Serve as primary billing contact: process invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, manage chargebacks and terminations, support enterprise billing, run audits and reconciliations, maintain SOX documentation, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide reporting.
