Partners with Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and other teams to resolve accounting issues and strengthen controls.

The Senior Accountant will lead month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, fluctuation analyses, and accounting processes under US GAAP. Responsibilities include improving accounting policies and controls, supporting audits and technical accounting analyses, resolving cross-functional issues, and contributing to department projects. The role requires independent management of complex accounting work and collaboration with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Legal, and other teams.

Process and administer U.S. and international payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, reconciliations, tax reporting, and timely issue resolution. Prepare payroll journal entries, reports, and year-end filings; support RSU and equity payroll transactions; collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers; and improve payroll processes through automation and operational efficiencies.

Processes charges, generates and customizes invoices, reviews billing data, credits, and refunds, and resolves routine billing support cases. Maintains accurate records and data across systems, collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Order Management, and supports month-end close. Follows billing procedures and controls, escalates non-standard issues, and recommends process improvements.

Manage end-to-end invoicing for installation partners, including statements of work, purchase orders, invoice verification, approvals, payments, reconciliations, and reporting. Maintain vendor pricing and relationships, resolve invoice inquiries and disputes, support accounting close processes, and coordinate with accounts payable. Produce financial and operational reports while improving invoicing processes and supporting professional services operations.

Investigate and mitigate cardholder fraud by reviewing suspected activity, resolving fraud inquiries, managing case inventories within SLAs, and conducting risk assessments. The role collaborates with internal teams and vendors to identify vulnerabilities and trends, recommends policy improvements, and tests fraud detection and prevention strategies. It requires knowledge of the end-to-end fraud lifecycle, investigative procedures, bank policies, regulations, and fraud detection tools.

Review and assess customer financial risk through bank statement, financial statement, credit report, and ratio analysis. Make timely approve, decline, or exception decisions under policy guidelines; communicate with clients and sales; manage portfolios; identify suspicious activity; and recommend underwriting and process improvements while following U.S. lending and compliance requirements.
