Maintain books of accounts in Tally, perform monthly closings and reporting, post employee reimbursements, manage vendor/customer invoicing and payments, perform reconciliations, assist payroll processing and compliance (EPF, ESIC), and handle TDS/GST/Income Tax computations and filings. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and monthly management reports; liaise with vendors, bankers, and auditors; maintain records and support additional accounting duties.

Manage fund accounting clients and team: review accounting and investment activity, reconcile workpapers, oversee cash/journal entries, ensure compliance (1099, US GAAP), support audits (year-end, SOC 1, SBA), train and supervise staff, coordinate deliverables, and lead efficiency/automation projects.

Oversee end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, and payroll for multinational clients. Review bookkeeping, monthly financials, reconciliations, and MIS. Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT). Prepare financial statements per Indian Accounting Standards and Companies Act. Serve as primary client finance/tax contact, identify value-add services, and coordinate across teams.

Perform depositary duties for fund clients including cashflow monitoring, asset safekeeping, oversight procedures, client reporting, onboarding, process optimization and contributing to team leadership and integrations.

Manage end-to-end accounting processes for capital markets clients, prepare and review consolidated annual accounts and reports, draft accounting memos for complex IFRS transactions, coordinate with clients, local accountants and auditors, and promote information security and fraud-prevention best practices.

Serve as senior point of contact for a portfolio of fund structures, coordinating governance, investor communications, billing and payments, operational records, audit support, and system/process improvements to ensure accurate, timely client and investor reporting.

Manage a portfolio of capital markets clients and execute corporate transactions (incorporations, migrations, liquidations). Coordinate legal documentation and board meetings, liaise with counsel, directors, and accounting, support KYC/AML and invoicing, identify upsell opportunities, and deliver KPI-driven service in partnership with senior stakeholders to drive client growth and transaction outcomes.
