Manage indirect tax compliance, accounting, reporting, audits, and advisory activities across LATAM, with primary responsibility for Mexico and Brazil. Prepare VAT/GST filings, reconciliations, journal entries, registrations, and tax provisions; monitor legislation and e-invoicing requirements; support Brazil’s VAT reform; advise on products, licensing, partnerships, and expansion; coordinate advisors and collaborate with global tax, accounting, legal, product, engineering, and business teams.

Lead accounting for Crunchyroll's Mexico entity: prepare and review financial statements, ensure Mexican GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance, manage NetSuite entries, treasury, intercompany invoicing and reconciliations, payroll, AP/AR, fixed assets, audits, and risk controls. Partner with global teams and local management, provide financial analysis, budgeting support, and improve processes.

Lead the intersection of Finance and Data to improve financial data quality, governance, and reporting for royalties and content accounting. Design SOX controls, align data with IFRS, partner with data engineering to build scalable finance data models and pipelines, and advise Finance, Accounting, and Technology stakeholders to enable audit readiness and accurate financial insights.
