Design and implement government-compliant accounting processes, ensure CAS/FAR compliance, support audits (DCAA), maintain SOX controls, oversee month/quarter close and balance sheet reviews, manage staff, and drive process improvements and system implementations.

Support treasury teams across capital planning, debt/equity markets, FX, cash investments, and pensions. Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with liquidity and risk parameters. Perform financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance analysis (DCF, comparables, ROIC, NPV, IRR). Prioritize workload, influence decision-making, facilitate cross-team collaboration. Role requires ~30% domestic/international travel and hybrid on-site presence (3 days/week).
