Serve as senior tax leader for real estate clients: sign off on complex partnership returns, advise on entity structuring and foreign investor matters, manage client engagements, lead and develop onshore/offshore preparer teams, and help design and price tax services to scale the practice.

Serve as senior reviewer and primary client contact for real estate partnership tax engagements: review federal and state partnership returns, manage client relationships, mentor junior preparers, oversee offshore teams, escalate complex issues to the CPA, and improve workpapers, checklists, and AI/automation workflows.

Prepare federal and state partnership tax returns and supporting workpapers for real estate sponsors and funds under senior review. Use the firms tax software and AI co-pilots, gather and organize client data, respond to reviewer comments, flag unusual items, and contribute to process improvements.
