Support international expansion, design scalable finance processes, drive automation and improvements, and lead a Cyprus-based finance control team to ensure accurate, timely financial information and strong governance.

Lead day-to-day treasury operations across multiple European entities, managing cash positioning, liquidity, payments and reconciliations. Strengthen controls and governance, drive process standardisation and automation (SWIFT, APIs, Host-to-Host), enhance bank connectivity, support audits and month-end close. Build and coach a high-performing Treasury Operations team to scale operations across markets.

Lead group tax accounting, reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Own deferred tax, tax note disclosures and R&D claims, manage outsourced providers, support tax planning for expansion, and partner with Finance and business stakeholders.

Coordinate inputs from Finance, Product, Engineering, Data and country teams; build scenarios, assumptions and models; define cadence, templates and governance; produce executive-ready recommendations and translate strategy into realistic country and channel targets.

Lead second-line enterprise and operational risk for a regulated payments provider. Redesign and embed ERMF, set risk appetite/KRIs, build controls, incident management and GRC tooling, produce Board/ExCo risk MI, oversee fraud and cyber risk, and run operational risk scenarios for Pillar 2 capital assessment.
