The Senior Accountant will lead financial close processes, manage payroll and reporting, enhance internal controls, and support audits while mentoring junior staff.

Own end-to-end booking ingestion and advisor payouts; design and automate workflows, build KPIs and reporting, lead and grow a HQ and offshore FinOps team, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Advisor Experience to resolve payment issues and scale operations.
