Participates in financial, operational, compliance, IT, and strategic audits across the company portfolio. Responsibilities include audit planning, testing, data analysis, risk assessment, report preparation, findings validation, remediation follow-up, process improvement, and support for external financial audits. The role also assists with special projects and requires collaboration with management and audit teams. Travel is 30–50%, including international travel.

Lead Davies Molding finance team, partner with executive leadership, manage month-end/year-end close, forecasting, ERP (D365) migration, credit/AR/AP, audits, capital requests, process improvements, staff development, and integration of acquisitions.

Support and administer the OneStream financial consolidation and reporting platform. Manage user access and security, assist with metadata, workflows, reports, and business rules. Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and implementation partners to test, validate, and improve processes, provide end-user support and training, and identify automation opportunities.
