Manage end-to-end global payroll operations, with emphasis on Indian payroll, statutory compliance, tax filings, reconciliations, audits, payments, vendor coordination, and employee support. Validate payroll inputs and outputs, maintain records and controls, coordinate with accounting and HR, manage payroll queries, update procedures, and improve workflows. The role requires strong expertise in Indian labor laws, taxation, payroll systems, Excel, confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.

Manage a portfolio of complex customer accounts and drive end-to-end collections for overdue receivables. Responsibilities include resolving disputes, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Deal Desk, engaging senior stakeholders, maintaining forecasts and aging reports, improving DSO and bad debt outcomes, using collections and billing platforms, and supporting accounts receivable close processes.
