Lead development and execution of a multi-year SOX compliance and internal control improvement program. Design and test controls, identify deficiencies, manage remediation, document processes, oversee SOX testing, partner with auditors and business owners, manage vendors and Segregation of Duties, and lead a high-performing internal controls team while reporting progress to executives and the audit committee.

Lead and support company-wide budgeting, strategic planning, and monthly/quarterly forecasting. Provide FP&A support to functional leaders, prepare journal entries and month-end reporting with variance analysis, manage capital planning and CAPEX forecasting, perform data reconciliations and financial modeling, support board reporting, and drive process improvements.

Manage corporate accounting close, consolidation, and reporting; ensure GAAP and SOX compliance; review journal entries, trial balances, and consolidations; support audits; lead corporate accounting staff; improve processes and leverage ERP tools (SAP ECC, BPC, Excel) to automate and accelerate financial reporting.

Lead global SG&A planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Partner with functional leaders to build driver-based models, consolidate results, identify cost efficiencies, present executive analyses, and lead a high-performing FP&A team to support strategy, transformation, and acquisition integration.

Lead pricing, promotions, and trade investment strategy for assigned channels/portfolios using RGM frameworks (PPA, elasticity, incrementality). Drive analytically driven price and promotional recommendations, manage trade budgets, perform deep-dive analyses, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to annual financial planning while advancing RGM capabilities and governance.

The Sr. Manager will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, drive performance management, and work closely with business leaders for strategic financial advice.
