Lead global property & casualty real estate insurance programs, oversee renewals, underwriting analysis, placements, claims management, and insurance diligence for investments. Advise stakeholders and desks on insurance strategy, budget and forecasting, regulatory and contractual compliance, catastrophic risk modeling, and collaborate with brokers and internal teams to implement risk-transfer solutions.

Manage deal processes (CIPs, financial models, buyer outreach, management presentations, LOIs, purchase agreement negotiation), build PE and strategic buyer coverage, partner on firm strategy and platform development, and mentor the team. Compensation is 100% success-fee revenue share; partner-level originator role.

Provide financial and operational support on client engagements, develop financial models, assist in restructuring, and analyze business performance.
